How to make pizza 4 people
400 gr. bread flour
200 ml. of water
7 grams of baker’s yeast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
A little bit of salt
a little flour (for sprinkling on top
How do we do it
Put the flour in a bowl and salt añadimo. We make a hollow middle (center) and we are adding olive oil and water gradually.
We knead all well until a dough that no water or oil is not Salaga hata we have left everything compact and does not stick to your fingers. Then we reporasar dough into a ball for an hour and should be doubled in size. If we levitate will be a pizza digereible and therefore less heavy.
Once we left reporsar .. We divide the dough into 2 or 4 pieces (depending on the size you want to prepare pizzas).
Sprinkle flour a smooth surface and placed over a portion of dough. We stretch using the roller until a thin crust
Place dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Deseamo add the ingredients to the pizza and bake at 180 for about 15 minutes (with a preheated oven).
