Making a good gazpacho
I have a Dutch friend, Hilde has given me the recipe. She gave it a lady Malaga more than 20 years ago in one of his first trips to Spain.
I add it to GastroNews, because this is (for me) the best gazpacho I’ve ever had.
It is very easy to do, I leave everything here below !!

INGREDIENTS
12 red pear tomatoes
1 large cucumber (without skin or seeds)
1 green pepper
1 small ajito (not part of the medium)
Beat well in robot TRICK: (. I do 30 sec and 30 sec Paro) was so thick very good then
2 fingers of oil (the measure is a glass of lemonade)
3 dashes of vinegar (normal vinegar)
3 cucharitos of salt testing is going to make it your own
And the bats again a little to mix well
